General Information

    • In order to complete this Campaign Ops battle, the Shadow Lord must be defeated within 30 minutes of entering the battlefield.

  • Susceptible to Slow and Elegy, but builds resistance over time. Immune to Paralysis, Bind, Stun and Gravity.

  • Highly resistant to magic damage and somewhat resistant to physical damage.

  • The Shadow Lord will routinely separate and re-combine his weapon, attacking with a single sword in his right hand or with a section of the sword in each hand. Some of his TP moves become available to him only when in a certain "stance".

    • When changing "stances", the Shadow Lord will temporarily take no damage.

Shadow Lord's Special Attacks

  • Cruel Slash - AoE Physical damage with an additional Amnesia effect. (Circle of effect originates from attack target).

    • The Shadow Lord will only perform this TP move when attacking with the combined sword.

  • Blighting Blitz - Frontal cone AoE Physical damage (Circle of effect originates from mob).

    • The Shadow Lord will only perform this TP move when attacking with the separated swords.

  • Cross Smash - Frontal cone AoE physical damage with an additional Defense Down effect.

  • Boon Void - Single target physical damage.

  • Umbral Orb - AoE Darkness based magic damage (Circle of effect originates from mob).

  • Vicious Kick - Single target physical damage with an additional Paralysis effect.

  • Spawn Shadow - Spawns copies of the Shadow Lord to aid him in battle.

    • The copies have very low HP and defense, but offensively are as powerful as the main.

    • Any TP move that the Shadow Lord does while the copies are out, they will perform as well.

  • Soma Wall - Self target Physical Damage Absorption effect (Effect cannot be dispelled).

    • All physical damage dealt to Shadow Lord will heal him rather than inflict damage during the duration of the effect.

  • Spell Wall - Self target Magical Damage Absorption effect (Effect cannot be dispelled).

    • All magical damage dealt to Shadow Lord will heal him rather than inflict damage during the duration of the effect.

  • Doom Arc - AoE physical damage with additional Knockback and Doom effects (Circle of effect originates from mob)

    • The Shadow Lord will only start performing this TP move once his HP drops to approximately 25%.

  • Implosion - AoE Darkness based magic damage with an additional Max HP Down effect.

    • The Shadow Lord will only start performing this TP move once his HP drops to approximately 25%.
