I was farming with my NPC and I also found that the Magistrate dropped an Ice Spirit Pact. It seems to be a rather rare drop, I've only seen one in the several weeks that I've been farming this area.

just to let yall know, I'm here atm farming for the opi-opi crown drop (sands) and I just got an ice spirit pact.
and if anyone is wondering where these are, they are in the pits (if you look at map there are 4 pits/aka the big holes you fall into), each pit has one and sometimes there is one roaming the halls ^^
