These also drop Eastern Gems and possibly Pearls but cannot remember.

Confirmed they drop Eastern gem. I got one too killing them for Shall Shells.

Just to confirm that these do, indeed drop pearls. I think it must be a very rare drop though, because i've killed a LOT of riparian sahagin and only just got a pearl.
