This can be be obtained by de-synthing 1 Maple Harp with a Lightning Crystal, Yield will either be 2 Coeurl Wiskers or 1 maple log

Confirmed it dropped off of a Champaign Coeurl in Saru[TAB] darnit! >.< Sarumunge Champaign just now.

I'm fairly certain this is supposed to be "Coeurl Whisker", not Courl. And it drops off of Coeurl's in Meriphataud Mountains (at the very least, might drop off other's too)
