Great set combined for RDM nuke, but the faulty lies in the total amount of MP lost wearing the whole set. I'd say macro the set in as your MP drops so you get more nukes and pumped up ones.

Argue you all you want Rostrum Pumps advocants, these feet are where it's at. If even the prescence of Magic Attack Bonus+ on a feet piece doesn't sway you, it gives you that INT and MND+3 to help ensure you get that damage multipler and stack on that MAB+ damage. And of course let's toss in that Evasion+ keep our survivibilty if we end up being greater than our -Enmity can handle =p.

Refresh / Ballad / refresh drinks all stack with refresh gear.
Doing more research, +2 MAB is like +6 INT at 75 casting the stronger nukes. Therefore these shoes are like ~+9 INT, and since BLM is all about spike damage (to me, not DoT), these feet are made of win. Actually they're made of win for all nukes, but when casting stuff like AM II that's the general results.
To me, after obtaining these my rostrum pumps will go into storage. My WHM doesn't even use them anymore.

Best feet for a BLM if you want to maximize your damage per nuke.
I'd prefer these if I'm BLM/WHM (majority of the time - rostrum pumps's fast cast bonus doesn't seem to really show much on /WHM, but it does grant a small bonus), but I'd still make use of rostrum pumps if I'm BLM/RDM.

Does anyone have the full set yet? I would like to know for sure if the refresh is 1mp/tick or greater. From the description that SE gave it would seem that the refresh would be greater than 1 a tick.
the full set of this is the best rest gear possible
its got +8 HMP and with full set its 1mp/tick, though ppl say 1mp/tick sux its equivilent to 4HMP making this set have 12HMP total more then any other set of gear you can equip

Does anyone know how much mp/tic the set gives you? it can't be just 1mp like a black cloak, or vermillion. If it was 1mp per piece = 5mp/tic... oh sweet lordy...
