Can a person farm these? I, & probably a lot more ppl, would like to know if it is or not... & locations of where it can be farmed would be nice as well ^ ^ .

although not listed, this can be obtained by desynthing a bamboo fishing rod with a lightning crystal.

i saw this for sale in tenshodo headquarters in neptune's spire lower jeuno today while buying nin scrolls, this is not currently listed as a vendor on this website.
