Ok I tested it today, with the first quarter of moon and my WAR AF boots on... it's AWESOME! The latent effect is active very often and I was able to hit up to 4 double attacks in a row!! Plus the weapon latent effect combined with WAR double attack allows you to hit up to 3 times with a single attack (I suspect you can hit up to 4, but I assume it's very rare).
I'm not kidding, this weapon is great! I'm gonna try it in party ^__^

yeah double attack can definately proc on both swings of this, like mercurial sword, allowing up to 4 attacks on one round, it gets insane hehe

I could see this being a nice great axe, if the latent isnt ridiculous to activate and like most ocassinally multi-attacks weapons, it attacks twice more often than not. Otherwise it's just neat-lookin, as was said

never heard jack about TH. had one for a couple of weeks, and, well, this GA pretty much just looks neat. SE successfully ruined a potentially great weapon once again -.-
A guy on my server that has the Great Axe, says it gives Treasure Hunter that is comparable to a Thief.

example:
Toredor's Cape
