It sounds like it has the effect for DD that the ginger cookies have on the MP users (WHM mostly). If tanks and DD were to use that stuff, would it enhance the "Regen" effect WHM cast on them? >^-^< Just wondering, because I'm planning on building up my cooking skills and this recipe doesn't seem to have a lvl restriction on it.
