Anyone notice that the dark + 8 fresh marjoram recipe no longer works since the latest update? If anyone has an idea what the new recipe might be please let me know.

yes, but if it is too far under cap you'll break the synth, just like if the main synth was too far under cap. So you'll probably want the sub-skill to be within ~5 levels of the subskill cap.
