Chocolixir  

I just synthed 8 of these at lvl 81 alchemy and got 3 .1 skill ups so this might be a little bit higher than a lvl 81 synth. I'm hoping to farm more royal jelly tomorrow so I can maybe get more skill ups.

The reason why this is so expensive is because Royal Jelly is an "ex" item only found off of a few mobs in the game and is hard to get. The only reason people would make this recipe is either for themselves to use, or to make money. You people are bitching about the price yet have no idea how hard this recipe is to make due to that rare ingredient. If you don't have TH2 on your side, you could be farming bees in the Crawler's Nest for hours trying to get a drop, and that requires you to be at least level 45 so alchemy "mules" cannot do this. You could also kill the Nasty hard-to-spawn crawler NM that requires many many rolanberries to turn into higher quality rolanberries in order to spawn the NM that 100% (as far as I know) drops a Royal Jelly but that's a high end NM so that's out too. Oh, don't forget the Hornetneedle NM "Death From Above" also drops Royal Jelly but good luck getting Bee Larvae to spawn it THEN be able to kill it. Talk about a rare ingredient! Not only is it rare to get, it's also "ex" so non-tradable to a crafter. My alchemy mule has 88 in alchemy but will never be able to make this item.

If your choco is ill you feed it Tokopekko wildgrass.

to find it in the AH all chocobo raising items are in Weapons, Ammo, Pet Items.

And there I was thinking it might be some kind of novelty chocolate elixir.
