First of all I own this boomerang, and it pisses me off that someone posts false information.
This boomerang gives you 1HP regen.
The latent effect activates when you get poisoned. in which case you get 20 HP/tick off your HP and get +6 Str. It also has a 100%, though weak, poison proc. That is it. Nothing else too it.
If you don't know what you are talking about STFU!

regen is not stronger on this than nq, and any latent effect is activated when health is in yellow or red, this is really only useful for farming, thf should never use throwing in combat since crossbow delivers more damage, faster, with more tp. but for farming this is awesome, no downtime given that hte mobs aren't tearing you up

Anyone know what triggers the latent? And I doubt regen is any better with HQ, I think the thing to look at is the STR +6. Also, I'm curious if the Regen nulifies the Poison effect, that'd be cool. Do tell!

Regen on this stronger than the NQ? That'd be nice.
