Haha, as 55thf/nin I come here all the time and farm scorpions and kill the eyes (I don't like the way they look). I have never gotten those tears, they can't be a good drop rate! I'd like to say that I'd get 5 lenses before a single tear but I've never even had one drop! Besides, its like 1/8 or 1/12 and they drop a lens, if I could hold a 2nd or 3rd etc.
You can steal these off of them too, at least I was able to with the ones in Beaucidine Glacier, just a tip to would be farmers/alchemists like myself
