Just got this dagger today, its Ex, its a great dagger the wind procs nicely

EDIT: Please, for the love of god, make it a ISNM drop, an assault drop, or a synth with a scintillant ingot! (mezraq and scintillant ring are pretty close to as good as this, a guy can hope.) Please don't make this a NM drop or HNM that ends up being 10+ million like all other good daggers.
