Excellent pulling weapon, but it suffers with the low DMG per shot.
By far the best thing a Corsair can use in fast moving exp parties or merit situations when there is competition.
My advice is to keep one with you incase you need it.
It gains TP at an insane speed too.

This gun is the fastest thing a cor can use to pull. It makes corsair pulling with the addition of light shot much easier.

It's the closest a gun can get to a loxley bow.
This has double growth on 2 materia slots as well.

Nice boost to AGI, which is a mod for Marksmanship WSs, some enmity down which may be useful to a greater extent if pair it with other -enmity gears. A low delay, though low DMG. This gun seems to have alot of potential.
