Yes, if you trade the coins in sets of 100 you get 9 waters. I've only used 1 so far, having read the site's info but not the replies/posts, thinking it would give me +50 mp and hp during party. I'm agreeing with the 5% though, I was lvl 36 summoner using it for MP and it didnt give me much.

Well, I just got done with the Turban quest cause i've been way to lazy to do it in the past! Afterwark, I equiped all my +hp armor and was left with 1130/1232. I popped a water and i am at 1191/1232 hp...so it's definately 5%, not 50hp. As for the mp, I only got +1 mp. So, maybe with a mage type you'll get the 5% bonus on mp instead of hp. Haven't tested yet!

Just a observation, but after obtaining the Turban and equiping it, i had an extra 30HP and 30 MP to fill.

As a monk my mp was now 0/30.

I used one of these waters, my HP was then filled, but I only gained 1 mp?

So i didn't get the 50 mp as shown?

+50 mp?

You didnt get 50MP because you only had 30MP to fill.

It restores (up to) 50MP, not increases your MP pool by 50. If that be the case, your MP would have changed to 0/80, which is how the effects of pies works.
+50 mp?

Warning: If you are trading coins to get the Walahra Turban, and you want to get the most Walahra Water, then only trade in lots of 100, as the NPC will only give out one item at a time.

I traded mostly lots of 100, with a single lot of 200 in the middle to test it. I got 1 Walahra Water for each trade (including the 200 one) except for the last one that got me the Turban.

Thus, once I had traded 1000 for the Turban, I had exactly 8 Walahra Waters. I presume I would have got 9 if I had traded in lots of 100.

I tried using these in bcnms after i got my turban and i can tell you that the downtime after using one negates you from doing anything for about 5 seconds. I wasn't able to use them that fast...although you dont get medicate after so it might be ok.

These waters are given out by the NPC for the walahra turban quest at every 100 bronze pieces you give him. These are supposedly "spammable", so it would not take forever for such a pathetic amount.

will this be like a hi-ether (which heals the same amount of mp) and take forever for such a pathetic ammount?

No, this doesn't take quite that long to use. Maybe 1-1.5 seconds at most. They're reasonably effective, if you have the inventory space to spare.
