Just got this off the C level Periqia Assault Building Bridges. My SP did the assault and won three times and got 2 ??? Axes. I appraised these in Nashmau on the way to another event and got 1 Marid Ancus. Not a terrible axe. I got it because the other people in my static are a rdm and smn, and I have war leveled. This has the same Damage and Delay as a Latent Maneater (missing the hidden ACC and ATT though) in Assault. Not too bad for BST I would imagine, if you are charming inside the assault.
