Every rdm I've seen wear this uses it full time, utter-garbage.
Not like there are many choices but cmon, hp-mp? Surely you get this from other gear, I've seen rdm/nin's waste an earring spot for one of these... ugghhh on top of ewwww... with a side puke...
Do yourself a favor invest in something that will make a difference for both you and your party... dont stress over a 15mp/hp discount for convert when in the long run you and I know its not worth the slot unless you are weakened with no mp.

as for Hp... lol, dont even bother.
As for some suggestions to replace that, well how bout Abyssal, Suppoinomi (spelling i know), Phantom earring or +1, etc etc there are many stats you can boost but mp not needed... you have the mp.... just need to use your spells wisely.
Perhaps another job will gain benefit with this but please leave rdm out of it XD.

You get it from the Lebros Cavern "Excavation Duty" Assault and it's rare so you can only wear/hold one. I have this and an Antivenom Earring (MP+ 15 ,Resist Poison,MP recovered while healing +1) for my WHM.

It's earned with points from any of the Lebros Cavern assaults, not just "Excavation Duty". As of posting there are 5 tiers of assault missions and points between any of the 5 that can be done in Lebros Caverns are cumulative and can be spent on any of the earrings, rings, weapons, armor, etc. that are offered to this area.

its a good piece for a pld tank with hp and mp. good for mages too as most earings dont give as much mp and resist sleep for a whm while fighting imps kinda comes in handy.
