no, you need ronfaure under control...which means you basically can't get these in bastok, unless u go to the AH

I planted fruit seeds in a brass flowerpot and then added a wind crystal on Windsday.
Time passed and i had to feed it another crystal (wind again) because i neglected it.
At harvest time i got 11 grapes.

So far I can only get them in the Auction House. (They are currently 1500gil for 12 in Bahamut, if someone has some up for sale.) Someone told me that there is a grocery store in San'Doria that sells them for 1000gil for 12, but I have yet to journey there to check. (So the moral of the story, if you are in San'Doria, buy a stack of 12 grapes and put them up for auction for 1500gil. The alchemists will thank you for it.)
