Has anyone who obtained this tried it in ballista? Would be nice if the paralysis kicked in often.... 'cause then I'd step it up with an ice shot and then proceed to bullethump the next Monk who ran up on me trying for an easy kill. .... headhunting bastards...

Not exactly, footballtaru. While it totally blows that the Attack and Ranged Attack plus are Besieged only, the base 38 DMG, 224 Delay aren't for the meleeing 70+ COR (and the Paralysis proc is always nice). If you can't get or don't have a Joyeuse yet, I think this is a viable option, even outside of Besieged.

Kinda ironic that Corsairs get a JSE scimitar considering at the time of this posting Cors can't use any other scimitars and are normally seen as fencers/swashbucklers.(Excluding Sapara or Trials) But unless this sword procs like crazy I see no reason for a Cor to want this outside of special occasions.

this...is a steaming pile of sh*t outside of besieged.... it's just like the damned Assault gear that has all the great latent effects that only work in assaults, when they could be so useful elsewhere. WHY must SE torment us like this w/ nice effects that only work a small fraction of the time?!?!?
