Does anyone know if the Macc+10 is active full-time, or only during Besieged? The caption is somewhat confusing and potentially misleading. I might like this item, but I'm not wasting my IS only to find out that it's only good during Besieged.

the Magic accuracy is only active in besieged. If it was active all the time they would put it above the "Besieged" effect.
