activates by having a main job level that is a multiple of 10. basically a lv 71+ can never use this. only in BCs or where level cap is 30 40 50 60 or 70, and all alreas where job level is the aforementioned.

Its a good BC ring not KS either guys BC only b/c all BCs cap at a Multiple of 10 so it's a reasonable Ring for anyone espcially a PLD in a BC.
Added the icon, picture, IS info, and merchants.

a friend of mine has it and saiad u hve to be lv. 10, 20, 30...ect so if ur lv.11 you wont get laten multipls of 10 is laten.

Can you can firm that, because that would make this ring very nice to have. Thinks about it, all BCNM are capped at 10 level incriments. So you get a nice little bonus to help you out. let me know.
It costs 24,000 Imperial Standing points and is only Obtainable by rank Sergeant or higher. So it BETTER be a reasonable activation, that's a lot of points.

Not sure how the latent is activated, but this is obtainable with Imperial Standing from the gate guards.
