Can you dig these very often with lvl 0 chocodigging, or do you need to be higher lvl to have okay results?

I was running from San d'Oria to Selbina and stopped in the Dunes near the Selbina entrance and told my chocobo to dig. He turned up one of these.

North Gustaburg, South Gustaberg, Konschtat Highlands, Meriphataud Mountains, Pashhow Marshlands, Sauromugue Champaign, Valkurm Dunes,
