what the hell is this?! o_O i think this is the only equipment in the game that actually has a negative effect on a song (slow+% doesnt count, that does not target a single song/spell)

anyone else think it strange SE would add this in? >_> perhaps they feel Etudes are too powerful? (again -_- anyone else remember when we could give 5x BLM INT+10 with one casting?)

btw, before anyone suggests it's a human error by whoever entered it into the site, it lists the same stats on somepage.. haven't updated the .dat viewer so can't verify 1sthand ^^;;
