this stuff is hard to get when san doria was in control i was buying it there np now that windy is in control i cant find this stuff anywhere but ah 7k a stack ;; Is it worth traveling to Jueno for it?

As the Elshimo region is usually under Beastmen control, I've seen these going at Windurst AH for 6k/stack (INSANE!). You can buy these at the Tenshudo Headquarters in Lower Jeuno, you have to be a member to get inside, and they price is more than a regional vendor would be (191g for my hero fame in Jeuno), but much much cheaper than 6k in AH.
lol. the tenshido may have them but when elshimo is under beast and GP item for the day calls for these (bream risotto) the price even from the tenshido is highway robbery. 1193 each with hero fame in jeuno v.v and none for sale.
I'm curious as to what will drop this item. I'm wondering if it is easily farmable at all. If anyone knows what mob drops the black pepper, I'd really like to know. Thanks!
