ok, maybe im stupid here, but when i try talk to him he just say "hee-hee, you can buy when I'm ready.." or something like that..

Anyone know how to buy Garlic from this guy?

the reason you cannot buy it from the npc is that windurst is not in control of the region. i dont know the name of the region, but mhaura is in it

This is going to sound silly, but I planted 2 pots of herb seeds at once, I fed one a Light Crystal, and One a Dark Crystal. One plant (I didn't check which >_<) yeilded 10 Mahura Garlic, the second, 5 Amaryllis. Food for thought.

That's what makes them. If you don't have a bunch of herb seeds to burn, light is a pretty reliable way to get garlic.

Not found in Mhaura. Can be purchased from regional vendors dealing in goods from the Kolshushu region.

Can also be created using gardening. Use herb seeds, and feed it a thunder crystal.

Also an ingredient in Meat Mithkabobs.

Meat Mithkabob: (fire)
1x Kazham [edit] Pepper
1x Mhaura Garlic
1x Slice of Cockatrice Meat
1x Wild Onion

I grew using an earthen pot herb seeds and a lightning crystal. planted on Firesday at 11:50 moon was waxing gibeus 86%. hope this helps everyone
