Just got this today after hawking the AH for the past week now. It's amazingly useful for skilling, soloing, downtime... It stacks with Auto-Regen and Regen body piece so would be even nicer with regen in ToAU as well!
Definitely a sweet piece.
Also, maybe it's just my eyes deceiving but I would swear that the tics come much faster.

hmm, i wonder how much regen/tick this gives? If its as much as the barone corraza i would consider using it on my drg/whm or drg/blu. That would be constant 5hp/tick

no, SE takes it's references from the mythologies of cultures around the world, not from pop culture. Blizzard is the company with the pop culture references in their game (one of the many reasons it sucks)
orochi is the name of a legendary japanese dragon.
sasuke sarutobi was a legendary ninja made popular in children's folk tales in the early 1900s.
sasuke has since become a popular all-purpose ninja name, hence its apearance in naruto.
it is also the name of a popular japanese game show which we in the states know as Ninja Warrior.
sarutobi means "monkey jump" incidentally.

Orochi was a legendary serpent with many heads, explaining why its made from hydra scales, this has nothing to do with naruto anime.
Well in a round about way it does since more than likely those "Naruto" references was just the anime citing Japanese lore, he just didn't connect it that far.

According to Mystery Tour this item is synthed. It requires a bonecraft skill of 98+ and is synthed w/ an earth crytal, wamoura silk, and a hydra scale. I hope Mystery Tour is right, otherwise I'll look pretty dumb huh? :P
