The "Max HP Boost" requires the whole set.

Since you want to be a dick about it, not all sets require every piece. Some only require two pieces, and the effect is amplified for each additional piece. Campaign gear is like this.

Yeah... its not a leg item its a feet. I know I have them , and at least 3 others on lakshmi has it. Khelbanace, Myau(that me), and another who shall remain unknown , cuz having his name posted would put another person I know in an EMO fit .

this drops off the HNM mobs in the new nyzule isle assault area on the 20th floor. my group has done this 3 times 1 time we killed fafnir (no drop) and killed adam 2 times and 1 of the times this dropped.
