they drop anywhere there is yagudo's. Make sure you have your signet on. Also you can go in the hororuto (sp?) ruins, and kill the bats there. Clearing the floor of the ruin is quick, easy and can net you quite a few Wind and fire crystal.

I want to know if they drop in west saru or east saru becuase at low levels thats where Im hunting if anyone knows please let me know.

You can buy them in the weaving guild store, which is across from the weaving guild in windurst woods.
...Way cheaper than in the AH I found out...only thing is the shop is only open from 6 - 22 or something like that.
...Not sure if you have to be *in* the weaving guild to get the good prices or whatever....cuz I am and I didn't try to buy them before I was.
