Im currently using the NQ version of this, very nice. Proc rate is not as high as i'd like but random stuns during the course of a fight are regular enough to compell me to buy the HQ+1 as soon as one appears on the AH.
or...
If ur a crafter on Midgardsormr who can HQ synth this please send me a /tell. Reward:200k

Most tests show this grip to have about a 5% proc rate.

If stacked on a weapon with an additional added effect (Gawains Axe, Byakko's Axe) the effect of grip will be the only one to Proc.
