Looked to me like this was what I got:
+2 MP While Healing
+2 HP While Healing
Not sure on any other stats, did not see any bonus on Max MP or HP. The +2 HP while healing might be different, was using WHM with auto regen while testing. Food lasted around 30 minutes. Seems to be pretty much the same thing as Vampire Juice. Has to be something else to it...

no >< the flytrap leaves don't drop enough! But I synthed on Darksday and got some nice hq amounts.. anyone know the stats on these yet? yield for me was

I only got increases in MP and HP I got a lot of MP.
It says when you target the food that it is affecting my performance
