i just started using great swords and my skill is 2 and i already hit 30's.

i lov this sword and i also got itfor free but when i got my gs skill to 5 i did mor dmgthen my 34 sword skill dmg and the delay is 7sec so i wouldnt panic all u unpationt peplz //////////////////////////i <3 this sword im sticking to great swords for ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Earth + Tin Ingot, Iron Sheet, Claymore -> Gust Claymore.
Seems like a viable skill up synth if the gust claymore got some NPC value.

this sword, or the Deathbringer?

I bought this sword at level 10 and i hit for about 25-30 on ITs with no food. GS skill level is 45. Im gonna keep it until 18, when I get a Braveheart

they are good but i think no where even close to better then a sword in some and most cases at low lvl
1) People who use a sword can hit about 2 times or 3 before the Great Sword can be used
2) If you miss to bad so sad that is just that much dmg you arnt going to hit, now with sword there are more hits but one miss wont matter as much as a great sword hit
now these are possitive things
3) Can do Lots of dmg to Sheilded Ememys (crabs, and stuff like taht)
4) in some cases are cheaper then good swords
5) Really cool looking

I had a lvl34 sword skill and i only did 23-29 damage with my Bee Spatha now i have the Claymore and my Greatsword skill is only 13 and i do 32-40 damage my lvl 11WAR Galka

this sword has a long delay but i can deal with it...its a great sword...i got mine at the Sandy AH for 3,100 gils...

buy it from the armory in sandy for around 3k... it is between the blacksmiths and the woodworking guilds .... sells for more in the AH ^^

I check the recipe that the guild was giving me at lvl 24. I saw Claymores at lvl 24 and the recipe was this.
