What's the cap? I'm leveling alchemy, fishing, and cooking (cooking's sub is alchemy, or that's what I've been told) and would like to fish my own ingredients (I got my own crayfish, sardines, and jellyfish so far).
After 'farming' these for 4+ hours the only one in Yuhtunga Jungle that drops these is the Creek Sahagin. Haven't had a chance to check out the 3 in the Grotto yet but the River and Stream definately don't drop these.
I looked in the Elshimo Region and didn't find any. Maybe if your town has control over the elshimo regions then you talk to whoever is selling goods from there. I can never keep track of where they are tho. (bastok)

No agro and a good rate of frogs with only the occational newt.

the elshimo newt, however, does not.
