When did they come out with these?
We let the shadows lead or path and use it against our enemies. We are the Shadow Knights!
I assume they came out when WoTG came out. You can buy them from an NPC in Windurst Waters [S] by spending Allied Campaign points. You must get evaluated from ribbon, ribbon,.. etc. to star level.
There are other things higher I think it's called Emblem. I guess it's like Rank 1 -10 stuff you can buy in present day towns using points. Ribbon>star>emblem?
EDIT: I forgot to add that the picture needs to update. I checked these out from the NPC in windy[s] and I remember seeing "Attack +7".
DMG +15 DLY +55 ATTACK +7
Enhances "Resist Poison" effect
I just checked it again to be sure.
