Not sure why Alla has not set up the rest of the DNC AF section but.. oh well. Must be lvl 50 Dancer and have completed quest "The Road to Divadom" (which was the Af quest for the tights).
Talk to Olgald in Upper Jeuno (G-7) to activate the quest. He will tell you of a tailor in Bastok Markets named Matthias (J-9).
Matthias will require the following items to make your order:
Square of Imperial Silk Cloth
Square of Wolf Felt
Square of Silver Brocade
You must wait 1 game day and change zones
At time of post on Sylph server the costs were as follows:
Imperial Silk Cloth - 11,000gil
Wolf Felt - 25,000gil
Silver Brocade - 25,000gil
