Don't expect to find this on the Dhalmel's in WS[s] anymore. They apparently have been nerfed to hell and back and do not drop anymore period. /boggle SE, but that's nothing new when it comes to you now is it.

Just managed to HQ this today and got 3x Dhalmel Hair. I should think they have HQ tiers as well, not too sure about the tiers and quantities synthed though. My leathercraft is at 55.3
