What SE needs to do is also make this a mining item you can get when you mine in Ifrit's coldern it would make it a little more available.

makes two things actually

goldsmithing 15ish i think
wind crystal+ obsidian x2 = obsidian arrowheads 6

then black bolt heads
wind crytal + obisidan x1 = 6 black bolt heads

then in turn you can make the arrows with these

earth cyrstal
1x bolt heads
1x teak lumber

arrows are
earth cystal
1x Gnat fletchings
1x arrow head
and
1x teak lumber

makes batches of 33 unless you hq the stuff.
both are lvl 45ish ammo.

You can make Obsidian Arrows with them. I don't know the recipe for it though.
