I just reach lvl 30, and to pass lvl 30 I need to do Vegetable Gruel, so i gathered all my recipies then synt, but instead of Vegetalble I made the a Bowl of Medicinal Gruel, I didn't realized it was HQ, so I did it again the 2nd time it gives me the Vegetable Gruel.
