Or, how bout since its from a quest to wake a sleeping person... Why doesnt someone see if they can use this item to wake up a sleeping party member?
Dont have the item myself, so I dont know if it can target party members. But there are items like the Cathilicon Potion that can be used on members of your party to cast erase.

Someone should see if it removes weakness. That would be something worthwhile.
Tinctures in real life can be effectively used for natural remedies.

Well, I tried mine when I had defense down, blind, and poison, with low hp and mp. Got the message "No Effect".
I'd say it's probably not worth much.
Didn't take long to use it though.

This quest that you get the item from is all about "healing herbs" i mean you get the key item and a potion of some sort... can someone who has it and is willing to try it (i'm going to get it later and test myself if not) use the thing with low hp since... that is probably what it's going to heal >.<

well i used my tincture and didnt notice anything...someone let me know what this does =P

I've done this quest already and was also curious as to what this does exactly. I am holding it until I find its use, but there have never been any listed on the AH on Seraph so not even sure what the value of it is. This quest is really easy, just a lot of running around to do and can be solo'd. If anyone finds out more please post.
