I found Peeled Lobster + Halcyon Rod worked well for these in East Sarutabaruta. I was catching these to level Alchemy 58-62. Helped get my Fishing 27-31 in the process as well. ^_^y

Obtained 96 Guild points apiece for these. Max accepted was 2320 points worth. 2 stacks will get close enough to that amount^^

I fish these up with Zafmlug Bass, Gold Lobsters and the occasional Bastore Bream. SOuth Gusta location. I was using a Halcyon / Sinking minnow combo... cancelling all !!!s and bad/terrible feelings. I'm 29 fishing, so I was skilling up relatively fast in this area :D Good luck!

I found the best method to be Composite Rod with Shrimp Lure at the coast of South Gustaberg. I was losing Lures so many times with other rods. I do get the odd object that is really easy to spot. Just reel in your line on those or the line breaks. There is also another fish that bites that is really, really hard to reel in... and I'm fishing 29. I just give in on this too as I only want the eels for guild points.

That must be Bastore Breams your having trouble catching. These are level 86 cap fish but it is possible to catch them.

these are large fish as in you wont get the "too small to be caught" message.
Some "Large fish" can still stack.
