It won't dominate the special moghancement from nation flags or crafting furnishings. Particularly it makes Moghancement:Clothcraft with OVERWHELMING earth energy and maximum storage easy to reach.
Woodworking skill is somewhere in the 40s, so anyone can make these.
I think it's part of SE's plan to have players more involved with interior decorating. Cheap, big storage stuff like this allows you to get max storage for minimum mogsafe usage. And that means more room for event furnitures ;)
