Thal vs Mez

Thalassocrat > Mezraq 50% of the time.

Damage= Basedamage x pDIF

Base Damage = Damage(number on the weapon) + fSTR

fSTR is a function of your str vs the mobs vit, it takes ~4 to raise it's value by 1.

So in cases where the STR+2 on mezraq will raise fSTR by 1 (50% of the time) then Thal == Mez.

in times where it does NOT raise fSTR

Thal > Mez.

Almost true... 2 DEX = At least 1 ACC. This will make it better than Mez ALL the time. The only possible time where Mez can come ahead, is if it both raises fSTR to match the base damage, then also raises WSC on Wheeling Thrust, and you're using SAWT. Any other situation, Thal>Mez.

Following the general acc rule, 1ACC is ~.5% acc not realy noticeable but yes that would make it better. You could also argue the DEX raises your crits slightly.

However, assuming 100% acc (which is impossible, mind you.) Then 50% of the time they would be equal. :P

Had this crafted a few days ago after 2 broken synths ><. Looks to be very high woodworking with smithing and goldsmithing subs.
