One of the best leg piece for Nin/Rdm.

Doesn't seem to have many uses, imo. If you're looking for an evasion build on one of the jobs that can equip this, odds are there is something better. If not, your job likely evades like a brick. Other than that, the INT + can be beat by other alternatives (namely errant slops and jet seraweels), though not all of the jobs that can equip this can equip those.

Ooooo. I want this for rdm/nin =D
There are several better leg pieces for RDM/NIN. The stats are completely mediocre. Jet Seraweels beat this hands down. The +3 evasion for a RDM is a joke - we evade about as well as a brick wall.

Me and my friend were waiting forever in meriphatuated mountains [s] for campaign to start. it didnt start so we decided to check out castle oztroja [s]. we get there and 5 min later we see Zhuu Buxu the Silent NM there and a NIN and RDM trying to duo it. They are doing fine and the mob gets down to about 5% hp and they wipe. So me and my pup friend claim NM and kill it and get this item. I'm thinking we are the first ones on Odin to get it. We were the first ones to list it in the AH. So if anyone wants to buy it. PM 'Eleman' in-game with price on the Odin server.
