you forget this piece is lvl 74 Pcc is still better overall unless all your jobs are 75 then and you dont plan to do lvl capped activities. 74+ this piece is > pcc and a thf's dream come true

So a few people seem to think that this has less ACC then PCC, for one handers 2DEX = 1 ACC, for 2 handers 3dex = 2ACCish, so its is better for both and a lil better still for 2 handers. This is probably best tp neck for anyone, and an excellent WS neck for multi hitters like dancing edge and guillotine. Though now that it is beleved that the sea gorgets do give about 10ACC for each hit on multis
and add 1pdf to the 1st hit it coulod be argued that those are better for multis and are definately better for single hitters.
I'm guessing that this will be a drop from one of the new NM's they mention would be force popped using items you buy with points from some new NPC's.

This will have more acc than a PCC for melee due to the +dex. For a thf....this is MUCH better that a PCC. You could still swap neck for some WSs but wit hthis you got the option to not swap and still do good.

as a thf i'd say it's pretty nice. most thf's use chiv chain for TP if they don't have pcc. accuracy on this is close enough to pcc and the 4 dex is nice for the crit hit boost/ws. you could be lazy and just wear this piece for both tp and ws i suppose. i wonder how hard it will be to get a hold of this piece...

now that i think about it they released a HUGE amount of kewl equipment in this update. most likely they will be introducing something new and incredibly tough to let you have it.
there is sky for Zilart, Sea for CoP, ToAU has nyzul which immo is the closest thing. there is nothing like that for WoTG.
