The price has been steadily dropping since Dark Ixion's been around a while, and on Sylph has settled to about 300k-a reasonable price for such a good weapon.
Damnit just was about to submit my pic wearing my Azoth...Someone beat me to it, bah..

It's good, but not THAT good
Best dagger for dnc yes (until we know stats on terpiscore)....second best for thf? nope...not at all

This Dagger is prolly the second best in the game next to fully unlocked relic. It's worth it, not only for thief and dancer but look at what it drops for mage classes...It's worth it.
I'm not a THF or DNC but I don't think this is that great for the trouble, the UBER LS Claimed took 4 hours with about 250 deaths in that time on him-- Unless there is a hidden effect I don't know about I wouldn't waste my time
