This item is used in the Kazham quest: Greetings to the Guardian.

This quest is will take you to Ifrit's Cauldron.

Please do not confuse the "Wild Pamamas" with regular "Pamamas" used in cooking craft for:
  • Windurst Salad
    [li]Pamama Tarts [li]Pamama au lait

It's a food ingredient, sold by the Mithra in Kazham, when you first get off the Jeuno airship.

It is used among other things to make Pamama Au lait. yummy!

No you are wrong Pullo... the don't sell "Wild pamamas" just the regular pamamas.
