this wont compete with the 15 mab the HQ staves give, doubt it will even break even with the NQ staves...not unless theres hidden stats we dont know about

Sad but true. I've tested this several times on puddings versus HQ staves and it never did better damage. Resist rate was understandably higher, but not bad (again vs puddings).
I had hopes that this could replace my HQ staves when farming or doing puddings (takes up less space) but you lose ~100 dmg and maybe 5-10% more resists. For me, I must sadly trash this toy even though it was a welcome change of sight after blinking through elemental staves for so long.
While this is a pretty cool scythe, you will still want to be using staves for the magic accuracy they give. This is still a toy.

Gotta get this for BLM. Who knows, may use this instead of ele staffs. Someone test this out!
