Just received my pre-order today. It's really cool. As a mithra I can use /panic and take screenshots that look like I'm playing it.
For the record it is 2x4 in size and has light element with storage of 4.
The code came on a white card enclosed in the cd case so wherever you get this cd, if it is unopened, you should get a code. Just make sure and redeem it before it expires!

Oddly enough I was dissapointed because the advertisement showed the harpsichord playing music and mine wasn't. However around 22:00 on Lightsday 6/9/1051 it began playing the San D'Orian theme and sparkled with music notes coming off of it. Awesome!!!
The San d'Orian music is just like the theme played by the Musical Egg, but it plays the theme through twice and actually sounds like a harpsichord. Good stuff ^^

If anyone still needs it, there is a seller that has the CD's up for auction on E-Bay. Looks like you can get the Harpsichord via the redemption code in the CD.

Players of FFXI can get a harpsichord when they purchase FFXI Piano Collections.
May 31st, 2008 (10:27am) - Square Enix is offering players who pre-order Piano Collections Final Fantasy XI before the 12th of June. Players who do so will receive a redemption code that can be exchanged for a harpsichord in the player’s mog house.
The album can be pre-ordered at the Square Enix Website
