Does this flag add anything when its put in your mog? I have heard that it does something to campaign... anybody know?

It does indeed give the Moghancement: Campaign, but tbh I did not notice the difference. Maybe because it only affects allied notes, and I don't really pay attention to those. If you have your nation flag in your mog house, you will have to take it down in order for this Moghancement to become active.
