Does it matter what kind of pot is used to grow these? Also, how many does it yield? Finally, if Sandy is 3rd in conquest(as of today), can I still go to the nation that's controlling the area(Bastok) and buy some? I am culinarian level 29.5 and I really want to take my exam.

I used a brass pot on earhtday. Fed them earth crystals. My harvest was from 5 to 14 frost turnips. Also on the same recipe i ended up with lightning crystals and little worms.

Nobody is in control of Valdeaunia and sandy is 3rd in conquest so I can't find these anywhere. >_> Just want to get my guild test done.

Can either be sold by Aveline in Souther San d'Oria or any of the three regional merchants from the nation that controls the Valdeaunia region.
These are also dropped by variable hares in Uleguerand Range.
