Somebody on my LS made one for me. He had clothcraft lv 15. The ingredients didn't cost much for me, about 6k. So, if you have about lv 15 clothcraft just make it. Much cheaper.

Because the whole mog thing, is the quest. So people talk about in... the quest forum. This is the bronze bed forum, so people just talk about the bronze bed in general.

Moghancement: Experience ONLY lessens the loss when you die. you don't get more when you XP in parties.

That being said, it's still a good thing to have, especially if soloing or playing BST :)

You do need both dellion, I am up to 34 in Smithing right now and I have tried plenty of times to complete this and I have yet to make one. I am a 7 in Clothcraft and still have had no luck, I am going to get it to at least 15 "which I was told by other crafters" to attempt this with no failure. I hope this helps you out and as I have learned the best is to have Smith (15) and Cloth (15) before attempting, take care and see everyone on the server.

I've done this before, but either I can't remember how, or it just can't be done. How do you rotate the furniture? I'm pretty sure I did it with my table awhile back but I can't figure out how to do it with my bed. x_x
Ok nevermind, it's the + and - buttons. =)

I just reached level 12 balcksmith and tried making this item since I'm able to make iron ingots, but I was told my synth level isn't high enough. I can only guess that smithing AND weaving skills need to be at a certain level. Am I right?

It doesn't seem to be addressed here as much, but regarding mog enhancement experience, this is probably the best buy for you dollar.

After checking out Popsi's moghancement guide, of the three main beds(Bronze, Mahogany, and Noble,) bronze has the least "aura". However, the difference is so slight that two bronze beds equal one noble bed and more than one mahogany bed. And it is a lot cheaper too.

That is my belief on why people notice a difference on experience between the beds. It is not the bed but the aura it admits that affects it.

So if you placed 17 bronze beds you would have overwhelming mog experience compared to 9 noble beds or 10 mahogany beds. However the price of 17 bronze beds equals maybe one and half noble beds, if that.

Hope this helps some.

Here's my take. Note I have not tried this, just a thought... You can cut down the price even more by replacing some of the bronze beds with even cheaper Tarutaru folding screens. The screens provide the same amount of Ice energy, yet go for a fraction of the price. Take your idea, but replace 8 of the bronze beds with folding screens (you'll still need more beds than screens to keep the screen's moghancement: Ice from overriding the experience).

What do you think?

It may provide the same energy, but does it provide the same Moghancement. There is a list of items that give the Moghancement. The folding screen is not on this list. Should check there if you're looking for a "cheaper" method of building exp loss.

ok let me explain this

there are 2 ways to increase storage space

1: Furniture:

on every furniture at the bottom you'll see STG:x and an element, the x is a number between 1 and 5(5 is the max i've seen) what this is is the storage space you get, you put the furniture in the Mog Safe and you place it and you get storage space.

2: Quest

This bed gives you the quest for the Mog Safe Space, the bed itself has STG: 1 and has the quest for more mog space. i reccomend everyone to do this quest, people spend 100k gil on STG: 5 because, the max Mog House Safe room you can get is 70, if you put 70 of the STG: 5 items in your Safe, you get 350 Storage Space, now although this would be dumb, you wouldn't be able to access your items in other countries, thats your limit and it'd prolly be a bit difficult to get that. 70x100,000 = 7,000,000 gil to get it, and they don't even have 70 of the item

The minimal smithing and clothcraft level to craft the bronze bed is 14, but I think attaining 16 in both crafts is a good recommendation.

this is true, you get the moghancement: experience which means you will lose less XP when k.o.'d and return to your HP. this has no affect when you are revived by raise. just look at the moghancement description in your key items to read the description of what it does.

what *i* would like to know is by how much? anyone know yet, and for the different beds? i would assume you would lose a smaller amount if you were to have a nobles bed equipped than the bronze bed. you save 25% of the xp you lost when you died when you get a raise, so 2.5% of the 10% lost is given back. i'm guessing that a bronze bed will give you back less than this, but id rather not go k.o. myself and test it ^^ and then for a nobles? would having a nobles bed make waiting for a raise a thing of the past? (unless, of course, your HP is far from where you need to be ^^;)

There isn't a place you can check for a number. There is just the fame level checked by checking with the person in each city. You go off of what they say for the fame level that you are.

Someone else posted this in one of these threads and I copied it for my Linkshell message board.

1. Sorry but I have never heard that name before
2. I might have heard that name before but then again maybe not.
3. Hmm, that sounds familiar what was it again?
4. Thats a name I hear often, people speak well of you.
5. You have become well known in these parts
6. Most people in these parts know that name.
7. Almost everyone in this country knows that name
8. There is no one in this country who doesn't know that name
9. That name means a hero in this country
